First Genre Photoshoot (Food)

This photo was definitely the hardest photo to take. The shadows were showing everywhere and the angle wasn't easy to find The background wasn't the best and the lighting wasn't very good. I don't love this picture but I wanted to share a photo I had a difficultly taking. The feedback I received from my classmates and teacher was to try reduce shadows in the dish which was very hard. Overall, I think I did pretty good job taking the photo with these conditions.

I love this photo. The colors are vibrant, the angle is nice, the decor is simple and it's unique. This is Fruity Pebbles in a mug, I think this is a very unique idea and I like the effect it gives off, simple and vibrant. I had a difficultly getting the shadow to not show so much on the mug and also it was difficult to get a perfect angle to show the cereal. I believe I got a good angle and I did a pretty good job limiting the shadow. I think this was a creative photo and I love the idea.

I think this is one of my favorite photos I took overall, I love the background, the lighting and the angle. I believe the background really adds a vibe to the picture since it's a lot of green. The only difficulty I had was to get the lighting even on the background and the food. My classmates really liked this photo because everything in the photo goes well together and the colors are vibrant and stand out. This is seawed salad and it was so yummy.

This photo was very successful. The quality is really good and the details stand out and the lighting was absolutely perfect. I love the angle of this photo, it really shows the full dessert from a great angle. I love the neutral soft colors of this photo. The powdered sugar adds a really nice touch to it. The feedback I received was, the colors are nice and the angle is great, but it would've been better if the shadow behind the ice cream wasn't there, which I understand and I will apply that advice to future photoshoots.

Taking this photo was definitely a challenge. It was very difficult to work with the lighting since it was very dark and some angles showed my phone's shadow. I really like the angle of the picture I feel like it is perfect and shows a lot of detail which I like. The feedback I received from my classmates was to try not to get a lot of shadow showing but as I said it was difficult and I think I did a pretty good job under the lighting conditions, but I will take the feedback for future photos.
