Double Page Spread Outline

In this blog post, I will be discussing my plans for my Double Page Spread (DPS). I have an idea of what my DPS will be about. I would like to discuss preparation and mindset tips. I will be interviewing my golf coach and asking him his best advice for anyone who needs to improve their mindset and preparation for golf.

In my Double Page Spread, I will include techniques on how to improve one's mindset and preparation from my personal experience. I will also include pull quotes and images of me interviewing my best friend that I play golf with every weekend. The questions I will ask her in the interview are:

1. "What do you think the best way to get over a bad shot is?"

2. "What is the best meal to eat before a round of golf?"

3. "How many golf balls do you recommend one to have in their golf bag before a round of golf?"

4. "What is the best advice a golfer can get to keep a positive attitude"

5. "What do you do when you hit a bad shot?"

Since my target audience is females ranging from 13-25, I will reach my target audience by posting my magazine on my social media platforms because the majority of my followers are female as shown in the image below:

Young females will be represented in my DPS. I will represent young females by including bright vibrant girly colors in my images and getting young females to pose in my photos.

Layout Inspiration:

My layout will be very similar to this double-page spread. I will include several images on my double [page spread. I will also include a pull quote from one of the interviews. I will try to have an original layout but I would love to incorporate some of the features in this double-page spread to help my look clean and organized.

In conclusion, my DPS will include interviews, mindset, and preparation tips and images. I will use girly colors to show that my magazine is representing young females. My layout will be very similar t the double-page spread I showed above. I am very excited to represent young females in my DPS because I am a young female and I feel like I would relate a lot to my DPS.
